Have given this review 5 stars even though the desk isn’t quite finished. It’s certainly a two person job, well for a couple in their 80s. it is. Found the instructions excellent, easy to follow. One of the little plugs short but found an alternative. Doesn’t look very easy to get in touch with customer services for English customers if you need to. It’s a nice desk and very solid. So far so good.. Joan Elizabeth. South Yorkshire. Tue May 19 2026

Lovely desk, I’m pretty experienced with building this type of furniture and putting it together was a little time consuming. It is definitely needs two people when you come to fitting the desk tops. The biggest challenge is attaching the draws to the desk as it is a single pieces that you have keep lined up. This definitely takes two people. Because of this is also makes moving the desk very difficult without damaging the draws or support. So best to build in final place Or as close as possible.. Tom. Sun Aug 23 2026

I got the desk in white, it’s nice. I just wish the legs were made of wood, it’s some sort of metal and unfortunately they arrived a bit rusty.. Adrienne. London. Thu Dec 14 2023

The grey is a lot darker than online, it's fine as it matches my furniture. It's great for small spaces. The runners are white and would look better if they were darker. The ledge for printers is too small for mine, it's approx 40cm long.. Elle. Walsall, GB. Tue Feb 16 2021

I love it !! Such good quality. Anonymous. Wed Jul 22 2026

We love our Vallee desk for its clean modern design and practicality.

I am pretty delighted with the finished product… but what an absolute ball-ache to put together! It’s fine until you get to the drawer unit, then it’s a bit of a guessing game as the instructions are next to useless. Got there in the end so all’s well that ends well I guess. As an aside, pretty disappointed that this desk is so much cheaper if you buy direct (see Daals website - I looked it up when it arrived and I could see from the box where it came from). Wayfair won’t be winning any price comparison bids let me tell you.. Anonymous. Wed Aug 24 2022

Ideal for creating a compact home workspace, or simply offering your child somewhere to concentrate on their homework, this computer desk has a contemporary style. Taking cues from Scandinavian and mid-century design, it stands on tapered legs and combines wood grain with plain white finishes. It is made from manufactured wood and includes an open shelf and two drawers for keeping things neat and organized. Assembly is required.

Great desk in summary, but FYI drawers are more lilac than white. This is my fourth desk since lockdown (!) as havent found one Im comfortable with or weve had to change furniture so feel like a pro ha. Despite this it was a bit confusing to put together but mainly as I missed in the instructions to take the drawer rails apart, then attach one to the desk, and the other to the drawer. Not that clear on which holes so did have to triple check lining it up. Otherwise its a great sturdy desk with lots of space and I love the open drawer as well as closed ones. My only bug bear is that THE DRAWERS ARE NOT WHITE. I bought this knowing the style matched a shoe cabinet we have and you can see the comparison in the photo of drawer front vs white shoe cabinet. I did suspect this could happen as others mentioned it in their reviews. Not a huge deal but I may paint the drawer front before assembling just so my eyes dont go crazy!. Anonymous. London, GB. Thu Sep 30 2021

Absolutely Brilliant. From ordering, to arrival, to fixing together and putting in the place we wanted it to go. So quick and easy with the enclosed paperwork, not hard to follow. Very sturdy and fits in the place we wanted it to go and makes the room look 'Special' especially in front of our big window area. The size is ideal as I can lift the arms of my wheelchair and I can fit under the table comfortably and work whilst enjoying the sun, light and view. So pleased I chose this desk.. Jen Sheridan. The desk features three shelves and a drawer, ideal for storing and displaying books, documents, houseplants, office supplies and more. Assembly is required.

Perfect, small desk. This is exactly what I was looking for. I took off a star because the drawer doesn’t have a track and is just wood on wood which is a little awkward.. Amanda. Portland, OR. Sun Jan 10 2021

Create a functional space to work or study in the home with this corner desk. Made from manufactured wood with a stylish concrete-effect veneer finish, it is a good match for contemporary interiors. This desk includes two open shelves and drawers to make organizing your work essentials easy. Assembly is required.

I love this little desk! It fits in perfectly with the rest of our living room and although it took about 1hr40mins to put together, it was worth it. When it arrived, one of the panels was slightly damaged (in view) but we contacted Wayfair and a replacement panel is on its way. The desk is study and a good size. I would have preferred the small shelf underneath to be slightly wider so that I could’ve put my printer under rather than on top but it’s not the end of the world and we’ll probably get a white printer instead. It’s fresh, modern and functional. Just what we were looking for.. Will. Saffron Walden, GB. Thu Jul 14 2022
