Ordered twice, never received it. Both times there was an issue with delivery and it was returned to sender before leaving original country. Both times I had to contact wayfair myself as I didn’t receive any notice until getting an email saying ‘delivered’ when it hadn’t been. First time I was told it was due to being damaged in transit. Second time I was told it was a technical error and would just happen again so got issued for a refund. Just a few days before my daughter’s birthday so left me with a main gift to buy last minute. I could only get the refund through the original payment method which was Clearpay and now they are messing me about. I had a refund of £32.01 when it should’ve been £92.01 and I am still unsure what’s happening there. All in all this review isn’t going to be good in the slightest. I still love wayfair and will continue to shop here but I would like to be notified quicker next time. Everything else fortunately for wayfair isn’t their fault!
