The size is geared toward toddlers, as it’s not very tall, but my kids don’t seem to mind at all. They did mention that they wished it came with more food items, but they wound up incorporating other food playsets they have with it. The set is of great quality and very sturdy. I love that the colors are lighter than typical bright toys, so it looks nice in any room. Would not recommend!!! One of the shelves doesn't work because the screw holes are in the wrong place making it wonky and the shelf hits the door. The tap is all scratched, the wood isn't great and it came in soo many pieces so it was difficult to put together. A beginner would struggle.
