The bed itself is nice. The service was horrendous. It took months to come and kept being given false delivery dates. Never emailed when they said they would, when they did email there was no care, didn't answer our queries even received one for the wrong person apologising about a toy box. When the bed finally did arrive it was the wrong colour. Id waiting so long and didn't think I'd even get anywhere via email we have just kept it. Like I said the bed is nice eveb if it is wrong but i will never order from wayfair again.
