Escalera European Single (90 x 200cm) Mid Sleeper Bed

Bed quality is good. However, the delivery was quite messy. The estimated delivery time is a lot earlier than I have anticipated which caught me out of surprise as I haven't moved into my place yet. I informed Wayfair and the order has to be returned to the buyer for a redelivery. It then cancelled my cashback from the interim platform. After I have moved in, I have contacted Wayfair to schedule a delivery (but to a new address), but their staff have put in my old address. I called both the delivery company and Wayfair to change the address, but both parties informed me to contact the other party, putting me in limbo. Eventually, some Wayfair staff have managed to change the address. However, when it was delivered, only 3 out of 4 pieces have been delivered and I have to wait another whole month for the replacement unit to be shipped in.

The bed was really good and the little one loved it. The bed is well made, stable, easy to put together (only took a few hours to put together). Being a mid-sleeper the space under the bed (in terms of height) is limited, so it's quite easy for the little ones to bump their heads. The only real thing that I disliked was the fact that the base of the slide is made from some sort of cardboard like material. There are pieces of wood under the base of the slide to add support, but in places where the base of the slide does not have support directly underneath, it feels more flimsy than I would like. Otherwise, I really like the product. A couple of minor points that I would like to mention. These may have just been one off incidents that impacted me directly, rather than being inherent issues with ordering the product. 1. The bed arrived late (delayed by a month) 2. The build instructions identified the individual pieces using numbers, but the actual pieces of the bed were not numbered. However, working out what went where, was not too hard.

Great quality! Easy to assemble and the daughter loves it!

My daughter Absolutely loves her bed, especially the slide. She has all her toys under it and loves the idea of being in a little den. Would recommend

After a year of our daughter not sleeping in her expensive bed due to it being faulty (and us not realising!) we let her choose her own bed with the refund (note to say the faulty bed wasn’t from Wayfair). At four years old she picked the biggest one with the tent and the slide!! Ever since she’s had it she’s slept every night in her own room, all night. This is a complete winner for us! Yes it is big and not the easiest to change the bed sheets with the tent over, but we’ll do anything for sleep in this house! 5 stars!!
