Classic Chique Kitchen Set

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We are so happy with this kitchen play set by Step 2. It came in a big box and together with my husband, we put it together. Putting it together was actually really simple for such a detailed kitchen. At first, we tried to use our hands to put in the screws but it was difficult. We pulled out our electric screw driver and it was really fast and easy. I definitely recommend having one of those to put this together. When I say it’s simple to put together, it means a lot as I do not enjoy putting things together. Let’s just say we don’t shop at Ikea. After we put the entire kitchen together, our 2 kids played on it for hours. Every day since we got it, they have played with it every single day. The stove makes a cool little sound and there’s so much detail in this kitchen play set. My son will cook the food and then my daughter will be right next to him in the play sink area cleaning his dishes. I love how they are learning to cook food and then cleaning up after themselves. It’s also a great height for my little ones as they are not very tall. I feel like this kitchen playset is both fun and educational for my kids. I highly recommend this kitchen playset to everyone who has little ones. They will enjoy and play on their own for hours so us parents can have some free time to do other things. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This has been such a fun toy! Having boys, I really was not sure how they would like it, but they absolutely love this Classic Chic Kitchen!! It was fairly easy to put together. My husband and I had it together in 10-15 minutes. The stove feature is a favorite. I wish there were more features that made noise or lit up, but that is just us. If there is an option to get a second stool, we would be interested because we have two children very close in age. Overall I think the boys are extremely satisfied with the toy! It was super easy to assemble and very sturdy, which was a plus for us parents. Our daughter loves pretend play and this kitchen allows lots of that with the included accessories of some utensils, dishes, seasonings and even pans with plenty of storage space to add in some of her own favorites. The right side even has a little countertop space for them to sit and enjoy their meal, the seat is also included. The assembly was fairly easy and quick. What I like the most was the excitement in my daughter’s face when it was finally assembled and time to play! Not only does she enjoy the play kitchen, but her two brothers do as well! They all pretend they are making food for us, which is pretty funny! I would definitely recommend this toy to anyone with small children.

Our son loves to play in the kitchen and now we have the perfect distraction for him during dinner time prep. He loves the lighting and sounds that the burner makes and loves his "big boy stool"...he's at a stage where all he wants to do is whatever Mom & Dad are doing, so this has been the perfect toy since it's so realistic. He's staying busy and learning to love the kitchen and cooking just like us. We also love how cute it looks since we have it right in our living room. The little oven, fridge and baskets are great storage for all the utensils and accessories - so no messes either! :)
