The item came in a large box. No quilt and no attachment for the canopy to be used. I have contacted the online chat service and been informed that the mobile I purchased along with the cot bedding bundle would be replaced. The mobile is not the issue. I have purchased a quilt now as the bedding was urgently needed. I would appreciate an update
