Maya Changing Unit

Unfortunately the product is made of a very poor quality material. It got broken the moment we assembled it and tried to move it to its new place. It took a split second to make this damage. We bought this changing table to match the baby cot as it’s one of its kind on the market - nice and refreshing colouring! But utterly disappointed in the end. Not to mention it took really long to assemble it in the first place.

Poor furniture quality, which dangerously collapsed after 8 months of use just inches from my 13-month-old baby. Obaby customer services were unhelpful and accusatorial, pointing out that I shouldn’t have used their factory-provided fixings if they were not up to standard. They also accused me of making additional holes, which is untrue. I provided photographic evidence of the issues and they declined to provide a replacement item or replacement parts. I would not recommend the buying anything from Obaby.

Love the changing table! It arrived ahead of schedule and we just finished building it (took about 2.5 hours). Note the instructions are a little confusing and it would have been helpful if all the parts were labeled (they weren’t). You also need a screwdriver to assemble. As some others have noted, it does come with a “new” smell which we noticed once it’s all put together.

Excellent product. Sturdy and looks great. Quite heavy but that just adds to the feel of quality I guess.

Arrived on time but although I knew it was self assembly there is no way I was able to fathom this process! Quite complicated to do so unfortunately returned. Have reordered one that is fully assembled
