The bed is broken and I had payed £150 for the specialist to installed it just after a few months then it broken means this bed is not good material please try to fix or refund me to get another kids bed thanks.

Got my oder delivered,it takes time to mount.My kids love the bed,plus quite bigger than it looks on the advert. Very good material.

There were marks and scratches on the bunk bed I ordered when unwrapped, also the delivery drivers didn’t have a clue was on the phone trying to direct them when they have a sat nav and my address! Item was large and needed to get it up for my son to sleep in so didn’t have a chance to send back and get it replaced. I will be contacting customer services.
