Hermes Convertible Toddler Bed and Mattress by Mack + Milo

We bought the bed for our two year old who seems to be enjoying it. It's a great transition from a cot to a big bed. The height is perfect for a toddler to climb up and get down. The drawer underneath is good size and brilliant for storing the duvet, pillow and pj. The wood quality is good and sturdy but it has two downsides 1) mattress - poor quality (we ordered new straight away) 2) the bed slats are only strong enough to hold a child so I can't lie down beside to read a book ect. Overall superb bed!

Got this a month ago and it already broke! Is it possible to get a spare piece to repair??? One month is definitely to short of a timeframe to get rid of a new bed at this price!

Putting it together and the wood was pretty weak. Just broke.

Had bought this for a 4 year old. It's been less than 6 months since we assembled and started using it and there is already crack in the wooden frame and a slat is broken. The slats don't necessarily fir well and keep slipping off the frame . The bed is hardly used and still showing so much damage. Not sure how long it will sustain. Not worth investing as bed is not something you buy every year but it appears we will soon ahve to buyanother bed given the rate at which this is deteriorating. Extremely disappointed with overall quality of this product. I have been buying a number of things from Wayfair over years and never had any issues with the products or their service but this is definitely no a good product. Wayfair should take it off the catalogue and speak with the manufacturer.

Brought the bed back in may delivered in June last year 2021 and the bed is already broken My son is only 2 so the weight was well within guide lines . Sent an email to wayfair on Monday requesting spare parts to try and repair the bed revived a email back to confirm I would get a response within 1 business day it’s now Wednesday and haven’t heard anything as of yet I wouldn’t recommend this bed very expensive for what it is I think a replacement or my money back would be a better option but will wait and see ******DO NOT BUY*****
