I’m very disappointed with Wayfair, this bed is very expensive is come damaged and some of the parts was missing, I contact customer service they said that they will replace the missing parts and the damaged parts too after days waiting for my surprise they send only the missing parts.

Terrible, missing parts, cheap screws and other parts that were already split. Had to pay someone just to take it down as I didn't have a saw - would not recommend in the slightest
