Went together with ease, all of the pieces come organized in a tray for added ease. The bookshelf is heavy enough to not move all over, but light enough to be moved by one person. Anchoring it to the wall was also no problemand took hust a quick moment. The pockets are nice for displaying current favorites or creating a theme. They are deep, so they are no ideal for board books. The shelves on the side hold a lot of picture and board books. The small shelf on the top is perfect for displaying Tonies or other small figures.
