Quality seems fair for the price and once secured to the wall it’s very sturdy. The screws and bolts provided are of questionable quality and we had quite a few stripped heads. It’s been up two weeks and one small piece has already needed a repair. The instructions are detailed, but good lord, they’re not easy to follow.

Not very easy to put up, which is why l knocked a star off. But it is perfect for a young person with a small bedroom where you need to make use of the space under the bed. It lasted well

Very sturdy bed, strong wood.I got this for my 5 year old girl, she couldn't be happier. Space Saver, lifesaver, if you have a smaller flat . Love it.

Here’s an honest review. First off, these are lovely beds, really solid and definitely feel like they’re going to last! Having put two of these beds up over the weekend, I now consider myself and expert and we learned from our mistakes the first time around! We followed the instructions (as far as we could interpret) to a tee for the first bed. This easily took us 6 hours! The second bed took us maybe 3 hours I’d recommend having a good read through the instructions, then just throw them away. As someone who loves putting up flat pack furniture, these were so over complicated and the pictures just weren’t clear - diagrams work far better in my opinion. Before you do anything, go around with one of the confirmat screws and clear all holes that require a screwbolt - this will save a lot of frustration, all holes will have some wood stuck from the holes being drilled. This is especially important for the side panels where the barrel bolt sits - these were the worst culprits with the connector bolts just spinning and wouldn’t screw in! To save time on the second bed, we first built the ladder. Follow the instructions here to make sure the screws go in properly - they go in at an angle to begin with. Screw one side to 75, go to the opposite side and screw to 75 for all rungs, then go back and tighten each side. Screw the ladder hooks in per the instructions. Put the ladder to one side. Next build both headboards. Pretty straight forward. You definitely need two people to build this bed. Once both headboards are built, stand one up and fully bolt both side panels (the ones that support the mattress) to one headboard. You’ll need someone to hold these up whilst the other person pushes the other headboard onto these side rails, only on the dowels for now. Don’t bolt. Now fit the two remaining guard rails on one side (left or right doesn’t matter at the point, just all one side) and the back support rail, also on the same side. With one headboard only doweled, you should have enough wiggle room to avoid panels slipping completely! Once happy, bolt this headboard to the panels. You can now fit the ladder, ensure the 40cm clearance per the instructions. One person can then fit the front guard rails to the ladder using the spacer per the instructions. The other can fit the slat support bar, the brackets fit along the bottom headboard, just measure so it’s central on both sides. One person can fit the ladder support panel (the screw sounds like it will split the wood, it won’t, just trust it!). The other person can be lining up the slats ready to screw in. You’ll have fittings left over. We had at least 2 too many per fitting! If you’ve made it to the end of this review, well done!! They sound like a faff but really they are fantastic beds, the children love them and it was a relief once they were up! They have tonnes of room underneath as you can see from the photos. Final piece of advice Do not stand up at full speed unless you’re confident you’re clear from the bed - those side panels are solid!
