Not worth over a grand. Wood chipped on the top of the bed. Pieces not numbered. This took a day and a half for assembly and we love a good flat pack. This should come with free assembly

Absolutely worth the money but be prepared for this epic flatpack! Warning the pieces are NOT labelled. It will arrive in 7 packages, open one at a time, hopefully the manual will be in the first box. On the 2nd page of the manual there will be a table that lists the contents of each box, youll have to identify which pieces are which by the measurements provided, so have a tape measure handy! Also have a drill ready, it will speed up the process quite a lot. Once thats all prepared the instructions are pretty straight forward and the pieces are very good quality. Although do the last two steps in reverse if you plan on having the bed against the wall like us, as it is quite heavy to move. We are extremely pleased with the final product and our daughter loves it. Plus theres sooooo much storage! We took a reasonably leisurely pace and completed it in about 8 hours across two days as there was only two of us and a 4 yo to entertain, so we stopped for meal breaks and playtime etc. Would recommend!

My son loves it. Took some time to build but it was worth it!

Bed arrived after 5/6 weeks of ordering in 8 boxes. Massively heavy and a 2 man job! The boxes should be opened in order BUT after box 2, I realised I had to open boxes 3-7 to find the next bits. Pieces are not boxed in order. Piece 10 is missing holes - I had to improvise. I am disappointed with the build quality. If you are screwing in a dowl rod, one slip means you chip the wood - and there are hundreds of these bits! If you tighten something at the wrong angle, a bit chips off. You have to be so very careful. The edges are mega sharp - need something to protect them so my child doesn't cut her legs/arms. On the plus side, it's got masses and masses of storage which is great. It looks amazing (if you can't see the chips knocked out during build). Draws are strong. Is it worth £800? I'm not so sure. It's just chip board with a laminate face. Give yourself 2 or 3 solid days to build - it's so labour intensive. Hopefully the outcome will be impressive.

Pros: the final product is great, nicely finish, lots of stage and sturdy. Cons: the set up is like the picture it cannot be built with the stairs on the right hand side, time consuming and difficult to build (around 10 hours in total during 3 evenings), the logistics were poor arriving opened some of the parcels. In summary, great bed, it's worth while, but just bear in mind the cons.
