Changing dresser Model 800 Classic

Received a defective item. A few pieces are defective. Very sad, this was my first order and I faced such an incident. But Customer care instantly resolved the problem. Seems quite supportive. Will update photos once build it.

Lovely changing table but the bottom runners are broken when trying to fix together. We are still managing to use the bottom drawer, just without the runners!

What a fabulous idea outstanding changing unit is very sturdy

I am not happy at all. It says delivered but I didn’t receive yet still waiting for my items. I called DHL someone supposed ring me back but they never did. I don’t what’s going on.
