A little challenging to put together as the instructions aren’t very clear but with patience we got it done. It’s very solid and our little girl loves it. Great height.

The service was terrible! Some screws were missing, I made a complaint, which was ignored. I had to contact them again, and the only solution they gave me was to wait another ten days for them to deliver what was missing! Completely unacceptable, and I am completely dissatisfied with this service! As if it were normal to send children's furniture with missing screws...

The item is probably ok (present so unopened as yet). Issue is Wayfair notified it was "delivered" ... It wasn't. Wayfair "robo chat" was unsympathetic and stated to wait upto 3 days. No personal experience. It was delivered that day, no explanation.
