Order email stated delivery on 16th, took the day off of work. Delivery did not take place, contacted wayfair to be told the customer services team will be in contact within 1-5 working days. Received an email the following day stating delivery would be made that day, delivery man was polite & helpful. Upon opening the box, we noticed some imperfections on the cot, one being a chip from a slat, and another imperfection being that the glue holding the acrylic spindles in, has gone onto the cot frame and is yellow in colour. whilst its a nice cot, i wouldn’t order from wayfair again due to the lack of communication and the imperfections.
