Item seemed ok but it arrived 2 days later than the latest date promised, which meant i had to purchased elsewhere or wait and pay my electrician twice.
Return process was a nightmare, online chat, returned item with DHL and only received refund of £15 not £162 so had to spend time chasing it up. Returns are with DHL which even when listed as drop off points on the website lots of places wont take DHL as they don't come and collect them so drove to 5 shops to find somewhere.
