The rug we ordered actually came super fast ! It was only a few days when it was suggested it would be about ten days. Great tracking and a friendly delivery person who turned up at the stated time. Great stuff . We ordered the round version of the rug and it is lovely. Great colours. It's only thin and will probably move about a bit but it won't be walked on that much so it's fine. I received this bath mat today and was very disappointed to find that one side was longer than the other. It is supposed to be 120cm long but it only measured 113cm on one side and 117cm on the other and had clearly been cut wrongly. I contacted customer services who insisted that I had received the correct item and that it wasn’t faulty, basically calling me a liar! They were not prepared to send me a replacement.
