I purchased these as I have trouble sleeping due to neck and shoulder pain. I also get hot and restless due to night sweats. After one night of sleeping with the Premium Cloud Pillow, I slept the best I have for a long time. I found the pillow to be supportive yet soft. It springs back into shape and best of all stays cool. I have used it for 3 nights now and have woken without and neck or shoulder pain.
