Bakero
Bakero was established in 1990, initially specialising in marketing Persian carpets at trade fairs and in 1997 began the delivery of carpets on a wholesale basis to furniture dealers. In June 2003, Bakero decided to expand services to include retail activities by opening shops in the capital city of Prague. This business venture was based on a client-oriented approach, personal contact with consulting services, customer-friendly options to try out selected carpets in the interior, as well as professional carpet cleaning and repair services. Today, Bakero operate several retail and wholesales and specialise in project business. They also have their own collections, including antique and modern rugs from several materials manufactured in Turkey, China, India and Nepal. Bakero supply carpets throughout Europe, India, Kuwait, Saudi Arabia, Russia, and Kazakhstan. Bakero understands the importance of design and materials and aims to work with a design centred upon creativity, ability and originality. Bakero understands the importance of selecting the right rug for each room, and appreciate that this is a process that can’t be hurried, believing that the dialogue between space and design is of exceptional importance.
