I ordered this unit and 3.weeks later it still hadn't arrived, I contacted customer service on Sat night and a replacement arrived Monday morning. The instructions are slightly vague in some parts but I managed to work it out and I'm not the handiest of people. It's pretty solid when it's built properly so overall I'm pretty happy with it.. Looks lovely, was actually really easy to build, and quite heavy & sturdy once together. Only part I struggled with was the hinges for the cupboards. The cupboards aren’t perfectly level with each other, even after faffing and adjusting the hinge screws. Only massively noticeable from eye level, once were sat on the sofa we don’t really notice it. The cupboards could do with soft close hinges to just give it the edge for the price point it’s at. I’ll have to buy some pads to soften the slamming. As a whole I’m really happy with it!. Leah.
