Absolutely stunned with this air-conditioning unit. I was a bit skeptical to buy. However, I am glad I did and the delivery was so fast. My sitting was cool within 6mins of switching it on and cooling the kitchen as well whilst the temperature was 34°. Very easy to set up and the noise was as me turning on my standing fan on. Disappointed as when ordered, the description for this item stated 12000 BTU. However, the item delivered was infact the 9000 BTU model. Contacted Wayfair to arrange a replacement for the correct item and was assured this would be checked prior to resending. Waited in all day for order only for the same model to be delivered (9000 BTU model). Due travelling, I was unable to arrange a return and have decided to keep the item.
