I wanted one that was a solid bottom but could only get this one the butter which I had to line the tin with leaked out while baking but the flan still turned out good but it was a good job i had a glass under it on the shelf below or it could have bin messy I've only used it once but it was good.shame they don't do the same one with a fixed bottom but cheaper as think they did one but it was alot more expensive but really don't no why but even this one is very expensive but just couldn't get one anywhere else.now time will be the test if it was worth the spend...
